The company delivers high-quality roofing and building solutions nationwide, with a focus on innovation, safety, and long-term performance.

The Role

• The Estimator will play a key role in producing accurate project costings and supporting tendering activity for a range of roofing and construction projects. Working closely with operational and commercial teams, this role ensures bids are competitive, compliant, and aligned with company standards.
• Key Responsibilities of the Estimator:
• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for roofing and construction projects.
• Support the preparation and submission of tenders and proposals.
• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure quality and compliance.
• Monitor costs and identify opportunities for value engineering.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of estimating processes and commercial efficiency.

Candidate Profile

• The ideal Estimator will bring strong technical knowledge, commercial awareness, and excellent communication skills, with proven experience in construction estimation.
• Skills & Experience:
• Demonstrated experience in roofing or construction estimating.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Proficiency with estimating and project management software.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and collaborate effectively across teams.
