The agency has seen consistent growth in both revenue and headcount since 2019 and continues to deliver high-quality digital marketing services to a diverse portfolio of e-commerce, B2B, and B2C clients.

What You’ll Deliver

As the agency’s in-house PPC specialist, you’ll manage and grow campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta, with a focus on ROI and ROAS-driven results.

Key responsibilities of the PPC Specialist:

  • Build, maintain, and optimise PPC campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
  • Implement strong campaign structures, tracking, and budget management.
  • Monitor performance daily, making proactive adjustments to hit client goals.
  • Generate clear reports via Looker Studio, translating data into actionable insights.
  • Communicate campaign performance to clients in jargon-free language.
  • Stay on top of PPC trends and platform updates, bringing fresh ideas.
  • Collaborate with SEO and wider marketing teams to align strategies.
  • Troubleshoot tracking issues and ensure accurate reporting.

Channel focus:

  • 80% Google Ads
  • 10% Microsoft Ads
  • 10% Paid Social (Meta)

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years’ hands-on PPC management (Google Ads & Microsoft Ads essential).
  • Strong e-commerce experience, including product feeds via third-party tools and Google Merchant Centre.
  • Experience running Paid Social campaigns on Meta.
  • Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing beyond PPC.
  • Proficiency in GA4, Looker Studio, and data interpretation.
  • Strong project management skills.
